1: Site assessment

2: Planning & Budgeting

3: Protection, Demolition & Removal:
Depending on the scope of the project, the existing fixtures and finishes may need to be removed. This process involves the protection, demolition, and removal of partitions, ceilings, flooring, and other features that are no longer needed.
4: Installation & Repairing
After demolition and removal work, the next step is to install new fixtures and finishes as required. This can include installing new raised floor system, false ceiling system, partitions, lighting, or fire-rated glass, etc.
5: Finishing & Cleanup
Once the installation and repairs are completed, the site needs to be cleaned up and finished. This includes painting, touch-ups, and final inspections to ensure that the work is completed to a high standard
6: Handover the office back to the landlord
The final step in an office reinstatement project is to hand over the completed site to the client and obtain sign-off to ensure that the work has been completed to their satisfaction. This involves final inspections and documentation to ensure that all requirements have been met.
